Subscriptions are managed by the app store, not by us.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Open You → Restore purchases in the app. That re-checks your purchase with Apple or Google. Make sure you're signed in to the same store account you bought with. If it still doesn't unlock, email us.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google — we can't issue them directly. On iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request it in the Play Store order history. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we'll help you make the case.
This is normal and usually doesn't mean you lost muscle. Visible glute change takes roughly 6–8 weeks, so over shorter periods the difference between two photos is mostly lighting, camera angle and posture rather than your body. Glutely compares each new scan against your original photos and holds your score steady when the change is within measurement noise. Scans taken less than four weeks apart are deliberately kept off your progress timeline.
Scans are refused when we can't see a person, the angle doesn't show what's being measured, the photo is too dark or blurry, or the image doesn't meet our content rules. Retake in even light, wearing fitted shorts or leggings, framed from waist to mid-thigh — rear view straight on, side view a full profile.
Different traits are only visible from different angles. Projection and the upper shelf can only be judged from the side; hip dips and left/right symmetry can only be judged from behind. One photo would mean guessing at half of your score.
The free version includes your first scan. Pro includes unlimited re-scans, with a daily cap to prevent abuse.
Not on our servers. They're sent encrypted, analyzed, and discarded — only the resulting numbers are saved. Copies stay in the app's private storage on your phone so future scans can be compared against them. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
In the app: You → Reset all data. This wipes your on-device data and stored photos, and deletes your anonymous account and scan history from our servers.
